Through course work, conversations and reflections we support and learn together, co- collaborating more freedom, joy and ease!

Hey there! I am Pleasance. I teach Yoga, Wellness, Meditation, Ayurveda and have been a leader in the field for over 15 years. As a holistic health coach, I love teaching women the foundations of wellness & wisdom practices that can bring JOY AND EASE into our daily lives.  I am the founder of Soulful Self Care, lil omm life community, co- founder of the National Kids Yoga Conference,  and author of the book, Delight: Eight Principles for Living with Joy & Ease.
